Comparison service only
TicketScanner is a comparison and referral service. We do not sell flights, hotel rooms, or car rentals directly. All bookings are completed with, and are subject to the terms of, the relevant travel partner.
Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, up-to-date pricing and availability, but pricing is ultimately set and confirmed by our travel partners at the time of booking.
Limitation of liability
TicketScanner is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel partner, or for any resulting injury, loss, or damage.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
